RJA #3c: Developing Research Question

#1. Who correctly predicted the housing bubble bursting? What was the main cause for the housing market to crash? When in history has this happened before, and could we have prevented it? Where has the housing market crash hit the hardest? How did housing prices get so over inflated? Why wasn't Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac more regulated? Should we have the first time home buyer tax credit in place? Would there have been any way of avoiding the housing market to crash?

#3. I am writing to the general public, and anyone who has/is thinking of buying a home. I think its in everyones interest to understand the housing market, because there will be a time when they will want to buy a home. My purpose in writing my paper is to inform people on what the housing market crash was all about, and what went wrong.

#5. My final question is: What was the main cause for the housing market to crash?
